I've been a satisfied customer for a long time.

Coffee the way it should be: simply delicious.

Looked very nice but didn't have any free space for us.

I often have breakfast here, unfortunately we were very disappointed today ☹️ The employee when ordering did not listen everything was brought wrong ? When we talk to the young woman, she says: I will eat in the kitchen ? It would be just one person in the kitchen, everything was great loveless and not fresh ? not again that soon, at least not on Monday ?

Coffee delicious ... nice staff ... fair prices

The small roasting plant in Hildesheim has the best cappuccino I've ever drunk. Have been drinking it regularly for years and it always tastes fantastic. :-) All other coffees are also highly recommended.

I overheard a conversation that the boss puts part of the employee's tip in her own pocket even on days when she is on vacation. How can that be? The service was super friendly and attentive, everything tasted delicious. But the staff had to run around and rush around so much even though there weren't many guests on several occasions I was there. The shifts seem understaffed. I don't think it's a cool place to work. It is the boss's responsibility to take care of her employees sensibly and not to shrink something from her tip! Outrageous!

Great breakfast, very nice staff and you can sit there very quietly close to the center.

... friendly, fast, great coffee specialty and tea, rather simple poppy seed cake. Even get free water when it's very hot: great!

The breakfast there was really excellent. The service was also friendly and the cappuchino was very good. But you could have asked beforehand whether you would prefer it to be strong or a bit milder. You can do both. I can recommend breakfast

Very decent cappuccino in a pleasant atmosphere in the Hildesheim Neustadt. The café is part of a private coffee roastery, so there are two types of espresso and several types of coffee. There is an extensive cake buffet.

I was in the small roasting plant for the first time on Saturday. Since I knew that it was always very full, I reserved a table. When I made the reservation I was already well advised and asked where we wanted to sit. A relatively short-term postponement of the reservation was also not a problem. I was also very happy with the cake. I can highly recommend the gooseberry pie. Unfortunately, my companion was not so lucky, since almost all the cakes were already sold out. Hence there is a star deduction. If everything runs smoothly next time, there is also the fifth star. I also noticed positively that there is a really good cappuccino here. The milk foam forms a relatively homogeneous mass with the coffee and does not float on the black coffee like construction foam. Unfortunately, you don't see that that often in cafés. I will gladly come again!

Beautiful, extremely cozy café in a pretty little square in Hildesheim near the pedestrian zone. In summer there are also very nice outdoor spaces with a wonderful view of a beautiful church. A wide variety of coffees, teas and cakes are on offer and taste delicious. At lunchtime there are also a few small dishes. We recommend. Also well suited to stop by on your own. We recommend.

There were two of us. The cake was great, the espresso really great, my Kenya coffee not so good BUT the young man with the gelled hair didn't work at all. Really totally unfriendly. Had the young man at the counter not been really friendly, there would have been only one star

Coffee is good, cakes are delicious. Staff was friendly ... A real place for lunch break. Waited a long time but cafe was full.

Tasty breakfasts and coffee, cosy place. But it is recommended to book a table, while cafe is very popular, especially on Saturday.

Great thing this "the small roasting" in the beautiful half-timbered house. Right next to it the cafe. A visit is also worthwhile here. Very friendly staff, there is a lot and good info about coffee. I ate plum tart, an absolute culinary delight.

Perfect café, with perfect coffee. They serve breakfast; and Flammkuchen and soup for lunch. The variety of coffee in the French press is great. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. I go there quite often.

Perfection. Great building, cozy space, friendly employees, terrific coffee drinks and unforgettable pastries. There's soup and other real food for lunch but I couldn't go here without ordering one of the 7 or 8 irresistable sweets.

9 filter coffees and 2 espresso roasts. One might expect it to be fantastic but it isnt so special. Filter coffee for 3.30 is a bit pricy but ok. We passed in the cake which looks like its from the supermarket. Probably the best cafe in Hildesheim
